I would confirm and re confirm with the airline/travel agent/online booking company that everything is normal. They said the airport won't be fully operational until October 13. I'm sure everything is fine but it never hurts to double or triple check.

Question for the day: how many of you ladies have hardwood floors for the trip? How many are mostly hardwood with a small rug? . And how many opt for a short carpet cover?

To the guys: what is your preference?

I heard a radio bit about this subject on my way to work today that was quite interesting.

 

We took the kids to see her yesterday. She still looks strong to me under the circumstances. Not that I am am expert. I am just comparing to what I remember from both Melissa's parents when they were on hospice. We are planning on flying out Friday, but did put a phone on international plan to be safe.

 

Live in Milwaukee and from what I have heard from the Chicago stations, things are back to normal. Don't think you need to worry
