Newbie here at TTR, does everyone dress in the theme costumes for dinner or do they change after dinner?
There seems to be some changing between dinner and the night nighttime. Some of the outfits can get pretty crazy, and I can't really see sitting there for dinner like that. I know this is my wife's plan for our upcoming trip. Last year I can't really remember dinners, but I plan on being a little better this year.
Like Steve said dinners I usually dress nice. Like dresses, skirts, dress shorts and shoes. After dinner back to the room for the costume change.
Welcome!! Oh man... Love vegas loll, love dirty vegas more lol. Ok that said yes go to dinner in a dress or whatever your comfortable in, after dinner go change into outfits. My wife will dress in something sexy for dinner, appropriate like a nice date night or vegas style dress. Then we change into the naughty costumes after. 17 days till we hit Miami for 4 days of fun. 22 days till We hit Cancun with our friends. We are all very excited.
quick question about costumes We are newbies. I was wondering what cancuncare theme means (the blue category)? When would you wear that type of costume?
The blue themes are chosen by us on Cancuncare, the red themes are TTR's theme nights. So only the CCC groups usually do them blue themes... We wear them after dinner st Paty'O's bar or Nice Shoes... It's a ton of fun and totally worth doing as many CCC costumes as you can.
^ exactly. So say the Temptation theme is "Anything Goes" and the Cancuncare theme is "Uniform" after dinner people will go up and change and you will see a bunch of awesome people come out in sexy uniforms (nurse, Dr, police, fire fighter, etc). Many will just stay in dinner wear. Be awesome
guys costumes do guys dress up a lot too or just the girls? For instance I know what to buy the hubby for uniform/superhero but what about Naughty school girl/boy? Any ideas or do guys usually pass on that one?
Obviously the easy ones for guys are Black shirt, white shirt, lingerie (wear underwear with a shirt/no shit, maybe throw in a bow tie to be funny). Pretty much that’s like wearing normal stuff and no effort is required. That's what I did my first time last year, because I didn't know what to expect, didn't know about this site, and didn't have any friends. This year since Elyse is getting more into it, so I decided to step up and do some funny stuff for the schoolgirl and devil/angel nights. I have seen some pics of dudes in kilts for schoolgirl, or dressed as nerds. Also, seen some pics of some very "sexy" dudes in angel outfits. Superhero night would have been my favorite, but they aren't doing that next week. That can be super easy with a comic tee and a cape, or you could really do it up. I am a comic book nerd, and typically I am someone from the genre every year for Halloween.
