Morning Activity is a funny name for your thread. It made me come look because it sounded like something sneaky people do in the morning. I always get up pretty early and have an omelet and save my chairs. I never guessed it was exercise!
Upside down yes, its another world in TTR! Looks like I have to hide my addiction to ZUMBA and only do it when nobody's watching :-(
If I can get Ali out of bed and down to the buffet in time for bacon I consider the morning a success

Since Sexy ass Fukin wifee (SAFW) and I usually stay up till 5-6 am playing twister in the bedroom, we usually sleep past the morning stretches and what nots. Sorry, I can't help ya much on that. I guess I thought this thread was asking a different morning activity. Carry On...

Oh, I thought it was exercise, but just the kind you get in your bed in the morning with your spouse before breakfast. Honestly, I work out 6-7 days a week, but at TTR my only real exercise is in my bed. Now, if you want to call what me and my spouse do in bed in the evenings and/or mornings, "Zumba", that's cool.
Zumba bed wrestling complete! Up early this mini vacation in San Diego. Not much nightlife here so it was an early night. Rather odd for us but I approve of this Zumba stuff in the AM! Have a great holiday everyone!
