    Who plans on joining the morning 10:30 exercises the first week of September?
    In the schedule I see stretch on Sun Aug. 31, all other days - Z U M B A !
    I won't miss any of them, hope to see you there :)
    Do not hesitate to post your stories and thoughts about Zumba !

    the sexy yoga teacher .1 week guest appearance .. they did one time was really good and fun... about the most i can manage at 10.30am, especially good as it was lying down for the most part lol:D
