Temptations Entertainment Lacking

4th trip is 41 days away...Were from NYC and it seems that my wife and i the only ones that go to TTR to relax...lol

Chinos, Omar, Sara, Nathan, Paloma...all gone

sure hope our Mexina Buddha is still there and the newcomers hold true!

 

Amy was still there in May. Heck we left TTR on June 9 and Amy was working and OP said he was there in May and the girl he is talking about was gone. And yet he thinks it is Sara who left at midnite last NYE.
So something smells like BS here

 

Scottnpam, I clearly said I was at temptations before May. Maybe if you looked back at my last post, I clearly explained I have been at temptations two times this year.

I don't know the name of the other chic with Nathan at the time. She was thin with an Australian or British accent. Is that Amy?

Anyway, she wasn't there at the end of May. It was just Jules, JJ and Roxie.

From this website, I see that Jules has left as well. She was the only decent one of the above three.

The chic who was with Nathan at the beginning of the year appeared to be quite entertaining.

 

That is true.

The entertainment can make a lame crowd pretty intense. To pretend that the entertainment doesn't matter is absurd to me.

However, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Mine is that it matters a lot.

Others here don't care much. They are usually the longer term temptations people who know a lot of people at the resort and can't make a good time without any help.

For everyone else, the entertainment is quite important.

 

Either Amy was on vacation or she wasn't there at the end of May.

I am positive of this. It was just Jules, JJ and Roxie.

Roxie appeared brand new and very shy. JJ replaced Nathan? Dunno

Jules was the only decent one of the group but wasn't as good as the one with Nathan at the beginning of the year.

 

Jules took the place of Paloma - I think that was who you are referring to at the beginning of the year.

 

My wife and I were there the end of July for our 3rd trip. It was our best trip ever. Having said that I will also say that the entertainment staff was far from as good as the previous staffs. I am not sure that it is an experience issue, but rather a general appeal and lack of enthusiasm problem. The entertainment was just sub par in my view when compared with previous experience at Temptations. I appreciate the effort made by the new staff, just didn't work as well for us.

 

I honestly go to TTR for the atmosphere and the people. Not for the entertainment. I would rather them have a DJ each day... But that's just my opinion

 

We were there the last week of May and Amy was in fact on vacation that week. She came back on the last Friday of the month and then shortly afterwards left TTR.

I would agree that the entertainment felt quite a bit more "flat" in May compared to our visit from last September. Hoping they get back to their prior levels eventually.

 

Ok people, smile and laugh a little will ya? We don't all have to be right all the time! Case in point...
