Drink until they're funny. Sooner or later everybody is funny if you drink enough. Better yet, drink until you're funny. Go take part in the competition and win it with a helicopter.

Wear a borat swimsuit. Everybody loves the guy in a borat.

Bring nipple clamps and keep them on a chain around you neck. You don't even have to use them, you'll find that they'll use themselves.

Order a shot tower of 25 cups. Distribute them around the pool. Go back for more. Repeat until the crowd is fun.

What the place needs is one yahoo. Everybody is more comfortable escalating their game as long as they aren't the pace setter. If you set the pace at outrageous, then the crowd will come right along with you to just a little less than outrageous which is still fun. But if the pace setter sets it at "OK", then the followers will only escalate to "meh" which is less fun.

Look around. If you don't see the pace setter, then it's you. Which is ok cause then you get to decide how outrageous you want your party to be.

 

Personally.. I don't need the staff to meet new people and have memorable souvenir

True that the game are always the same, but if you're tired up to see the same thing, go somewhere else, or at the quiet pool.

Isn't always an easy job... Put yourself in their shoes.. Telling the same things for 3-4-5 years in a row.. day after day... Whatever what, I don't care. As long as they have a good bartender, and people I can go from a long way.

and do you know that's ALOT OF RESORT DON'T HAVE ANY MUSIC AT THEIR POOL ?

I've been five times and I love the staff and the games. They're repeated, yes, but they set the tone of silly/sexy fun. Throw in a bunch of "Don't give a shit" crazy partiers to really stoke everyone up, and you've got the best daytime party I've ever been to.
