They will not hassle you, wait yeah they will. No really, first five minutes most are off. We had a couple that didn't, but within an hour they were, and were quite a few naked. It is a judgement free thing, so no one will feel conscious or uncomfortable, is about being free to enjoy yourself and your partner and have a good time. I don't think you can go on a boob cruise and not have the time of your life!!! If you do, it is because you didn't want to!!! Chino, and Omar and the whole crew are what usually makes your whole vacation! You will never be the same!!
Encouraged but definitely not required. Last year, the cruise started with most (not all) women giving up their tops and having them run up the mast. One pair of bottoms was also volunteered to be run up the mast also. By the time we were 10-15 minutes into the cruise, roughly half the women had taken off their bottoms as well. By the time we hit the point in the trip where we had the option to do Caribbean skinny dipping, probably 2/3 of the women and 1/2 the men were naked. Now, in four trips to TTR, this was our first Boobs Cruise, but I get the feeling ours was more on the wild side than most. In the end, on the boob cruise just as at TTR, it's whatever you're comfortable with.
And we should add, we're 95% sure you won't regret doing the Boobs Cruise. It was our best day of the trip last year (and that's saying a lot).

My first Boobs Cruise I was nervous to take my top off as I'd never been topless in public before but about the time we got back to the boat after lunch I seemed to get over that. Second and third time was much faster. lol No one is offended, no one cares. It's a fun day.
They make a flag out of the women's tops. But most people get naked. Especially when the AIWC comes out
