I am not sure what they meant but the party really starts at 5 at the amazing hot tub. Then gets turned up in the air conditioner club at 10:30 and depending on the night/crowd goes to a different level at midnight back at the hot tub. If you are introverts yet want to party deep down then I would recommend TTR. As there is ALWAYS someone to start the party at TTR. At Desire it depends on the crowd or you have to be able to meet people and start your own party. We are extroverts and had no problem starting the party at Pearl.

Anyway, we've only been to Desire 1 time, for a mere 3 days, but I absolutely loved it as being anked is cool, and my wife is hot, and I like to get her both of those things. I think with the right attitude and meeting great fun party people, any vacation is awesome :icon_biggrin: ! We've been to TTR twice, Desire RM and Pearl this past Feb. All have been great and our best memories are really from the fun times we had with people we met. We definitely preferred RM more than Pearl but TTR is really a great place too. We plan to hit TTR again in Feb. 2015. It will be interesting to see what we think of TTR now that we have been to RM and Pearl. I guess if our budget was unlimited we would definitely go back to Desire RM every vacation but with TTR being half the price, we can go for longer. We both have been nothing but happy with the food, pool, atmosphere and rooms at TTR. We love Paty O's and are not beach people so the beach is not a game changer for us.

Was comparing prices for Desire and Desire pearl, both were identical for dates picked, and about 800?week more then TTR. question for those in the know: what is the difference between Desire, and desire pearl?
