Down 2.5 lbs but not sure exactly how cause the diet hasn't started off great this weekend. My ass and arms are so sore from the work out and heading for a walk right away. Cross my fingers that my hip lets me do it. Here's hoping for and enjoyable pain free walk.
glad to hear it! sometimes all we can do is our best, and be happy with that. played on a body board thing this weekend, and my legs are a little sore. amazing how much you use just balancing! hope all had a great weekend.
Not had a good week at all put 2lb on Got a lot going on at the moment with family still going gym but head not on the diet side of it thinks will get better
its hard, but try to stay selfishly focused on you! not entirely, just make sure you spend some time every day for yourself. doing whatever you want, thinking about goals, or just staring into space. we all need a little recharge time daily. if we don't take it, then shit falls apart without realizing it. ha ha just my two cents.
