The 30 minute workouts are very nice. Plus you have the added feature on this one to turn off the talking. So you don't have to hear Tony Horton saying the same stupid things over and over after the first week.

 

Sounds like a fun party. Don't do anything that would embarrass your fellow Octoberbreasters.........oh wait, that is not possible!

 

I would be rubber after the bike lol. We'll I think this trip is going to be good motivation for me. I know wife will be happy to see get back in shape it's been to long.

 

Totally agree. I lift and run and do a lot of sports. But when I first did P90X I was in bad shape trying to get thru it and after. Major soreness and some weird cramping. Like waking up at 3am not being able to move your arm due to a bicep cramp. That hurt.

 

I have been waiting to answer the 1, 2, 3, 4 questions above as each day the answer seems to be changing Just kidding, well kind of, we turned 40 this year and our philosophy is even clearer... party hard, have fun, live life to the fullest and then whatever happens happens. We never plan anything, except the party. It seems to be working out really well. I am doing a little assuming here but it sure feels like we have something similar to the jen/lt/tiff/andrew thing going on. We met a couple who we hang out with and party with all the time. We play soccer with the entire families one day and send the kids of to the gparents and get drunk naked in the hot tub the next day. This weekend we are going to a crazy pool party weekend together in the poconos. Last weekend just Jen and I went dancing but we met two 23 YEAR OLD LADIES on the dance floor that got VERY friendly with us lol. Two weekends ago it was our 1st ls club to try to find that TTR experience (and I added that story a couple pages back). It works out pretty good. Even better is our 'friendly' couple only lives 10 mins away We are having a pretty awesome summer. So you can see how I am not sure how to answer #3?

 

We have been doing the T-25. We both enjoy getting done in less than 30 min. I still have a ways to go, but an October deadline is keeping me motivated. We have workout to several of the other Beach Body routine and like this one the best.

 

Sounds awesome Kyle. Life for us really got fun when we hit our forties. Now we go party and have a good time wherever we are and with whoever we are with. I used to worry about age differences and all that stuff but open fun loving people are great no mater how old they are. Age is just a number. Glad you two are enjoying yourselves because you are an awesome couple.
