Hello Steve, do you have a contact number for alpharooms? We booked TTR thru the link and when I called TTR they can't find us in the system. We are all paid up and arrive in 6 days.

Hey 2temptu, try 0871 911 0030 hope this helps and works for you ... my gf also needed to sort out her reservation and was unable to get through to AR online or through the posted telephone number on their website; eventually our gf in England got through for her and she was provided a directed number to try, so hoping this helps you both like it did her - I believe it was just a system glitch and AR rep was very accommodating and apologetic.

Steve is on holidays with his family in England right now, so I am not sure how quick he will be able to respond to your request - thought I'd try to help out in anyway I could. Good Luck and have a wonderful vacation!! :wave:

non of the numbers work. Do I need an international prefix?

 

I think alpharooms is a british company and you need the prefix 0044

 

+44 is the prefix for the US - we would always call the operator and have them connect us directly - much less painful ... oh and forgot to mention the UK time difference too - not sure what it would be for you guys ... for us it's 5 hours - we'd have to contact them at 5 am in order to make contact with someone; otherwise, the circuits would be busy and would miss our window.

 

Well, if I'm dialing correctly, all those numbers are not in service. I would just dial 44 and then the number above?
