So tomorrow is a big day I start my Pre TTR workout. Ive got 20 to 25 lbs to go to be happy. My wife is the smart one she never stopped and looks great me on the other hand was stupid and let myself go. Does anyone else try to get back in shape? Or are you all smart like my wife.

Wife is dedicated, she stays in the gym year round. I'm lazy and only get motivated for vacations. Wasn't worried about it because we were not planning this one. Now I'm rocking the Santa look. Started eating better and moving more last week.

 

Melissa is working a little harder than me. But we are doing P90x3. Love the 30 minute workouts.
