This particular forum is obviously just for TR, right? Now that I am a member of CC, I guess I should go buy my orange stuff so that when I get there, I can find the friends Im making on here! Cancuncare is how you keep up with your extended family! We have met so many awesome people on our trips(cant count how many) that we now feel they are all family and always have to go back when they are going to be there. You will know what I am saying when you get home. Cancuncare is how we all see who, what and when we will be having that Family Reunion Again! Party On Everyone!!!!! :beer4: Debbie
A private guy named steve owns and runs the site. Not affiliated with the resort but very familiar with it. He runs the Boobs Cruise. Again, not affiliated with the resort but the resort ales him to meet up with the tourists in the resort bar to collect money and use as a staging point. Cancuncare is a collection of new people and repeaters that visit on the forum. It's a great way to get excited about your trip and meet some people before you go. Because Steve facilitates this and does an awesome job of this forum, It'd be courteous to book any transfers from Airport to resort through this site and USA Transfers (good company) so that Steve can skim a commission and buy some groceries. He also offer tours etc through here. But most importantly, he offers the Boobs Cruise through here. It gets posted about a month before the cruise date. You sign up here and put down a deposit. Then pay up remainder on cruise day. So ya, come here, ask questions, try to be funny, meet people before you go to the resort, go on the cruise buy the t shirt.
This is a great forum to keep coming back to. Check out who is going during your time frame, see if anyone is doing theme nights. I found this forum on a tip from Trip Advisor prior to our 1st trip to TTR. It made it that much better as both times we stepped into a group the first night in ...
WOW ... how to put into simple words what CCC is/does. This is more difficult then one would think bc we believe it is much much more then just a forum. CCC is informational ... from listed day n night themes put on by TTR to created themes via members here on CCC; to places you'd like to visit while on vacation in Cancun to restaurants to dress code on resort to great deals when booking your trips whether it be flights, hotel or transfers to n from airport to the infamous Boobs Cruise - but, most importantly CCC provides the opportunity for complete strangers to connect from all over the globe, prior to their vacation, to chat, ask questions, banter, gather information, debate etc. In doing so, this creates such excitement and hype for your pending vacation, you can barely stand it - lol!!! Once you arrive and you are walking about the resort exploring and maybe feeling a tad overwhelmed, a couple or individual stops you saying, "hey there you guys, we recognize you from CCC; you are so and so" and it feels great bc now you're a little less overwhelmed as you just met ur first Allies ... until of course you make your way to the sexy pool + a few days in ... well ... then the party really begins; all the new found friends you've met-up with in person after chatting to here on CCC (not to mention those you'll meet that have no knowledge of CCC - which you will be able to remedy ) will all become like family and you start to plan your reunion for the same time next year. It is such an amazing experience. This is a great group to connect with people who will be at the resort the same time as you. It is also great for getting an idea of what your trip will be like, ideas for costumes for theme nights, ask questions and communicate with fellow TTR people from literally all over the world ( mostly N America and Western Europe). It makes it more exciting planning for a trip when you have an entire group getting excited about their trips at the same time. Our first trip I only dabbled in the forum prior to going. For our trip In February, I went all-in to Cancuncare. Result, all during the trip I had people coming up asking if we were Scubshannon. We had a fabulous trip made even better by meeting and hanging out with some great new friends. And when you get there, remember that "nobody knows you and nobody gives a shit."- just relax and have fun. We love using USA Transfers. They get you to the resort so quickly. CCC changed our lives forever. It is an affirmation that our true purpose is to party and be sexy! Too much? Meh. It might be dramatic but pretty much true. LOL
