No to pasties! The goal of NOLA is to get a good flash. My better half never wears a bra when we go out and the shirt requirement is potential slippage

 

I can tell you that I witnessed topless mechanical bull riding at last year's event and it was awesome!!! Just like TTR... Nobody knows you & nobody gives a shit!

as a general rule as long as you are not causing an issue (blocking the street, harassing people or making a huge scene) the authorities will not say a word and even in those cases where they do its like....."okay okay its time to move along now"

I was told multiple times to NOT show nipples at The Beach club. I wasn't trying to on purpose, but they kept reminding me that it wasn't allowed inside the club.
