Now that GOV is closing -- can we add Sens here? It has been getting a lot of good reviews lately, and it is all adult.
Anybody ever stayed or visited there? We are considering October. Been to Temptation twice, and loved it -- but looking for something different, as well as feeling we might be 'aging out' of Temptation. Also, Sens looks like it has nice pools and BEAUTIFUL beach.

    'Aging out' of TTR?
    Explain what that is?
    Is there such an affliction?
    What R the symptoms?

LOL Bertie or Ann -- pretty much! We did like Temptation very much, and I wouldn't rule out going back someday --- but we're not young, party animals anymore and it also seems like it's more sexy, hard body types now -- which is fine, but we're 50+ and .... I just don't think the night life at Patti-O's is our thing anymore, for one thing. Also -- we just like variety and checking out different resorts, different locations, different stretches of beach. We've stayed at Golden Parnassus twice also, and really liked that. More our speed now, but looking for something different from that, as well. We splurged on our last trip for VIM -- and that is really a great resort.
Really would like to hear from someone who has been to Sens, but may just have to try it for ourselves, and then we'll know for sure!

Friend of mine been there and they told me If you want to do nothing and just relax it's the best place. ! there's not much to do over there..

This is not a 5* hotel! - Oasis Sens, Cancun Traveller Reviews - TripAdvisor

I didn't like Oasis VIVa... I'd like Oasis palm ( was for my 1st time in vacation so everything was perfect.. ) Do I wil lgo back to PALM NEVER.

Personally, all the oasis chain are just the same thing .. Food is the same everywhere and not very good !

I humbly offer this, my personal opinion.

It is impossible to age out of Temptation, unless you just wish to do so.

One of the absolutely coolest people we've met at TTR was an 84 y/o Scot dude, old biker guy, bald wearing a black leather skullcap during the day, with shades, and his biker-short trunks, the neoprene kind. Wasn't in bad shape for an older guy, and was there with his 52 y'/o "secretary" off of whom he was doing his body shots.

If THAT dude is going to TTR when he's 84, I'm definitely going to be there, too!

Heck that is 1/2 the crowd at TTR whenever we have been there.

There is no mention of an 'aging out' clause in our membership contract, and evryday, 50 gets smaller, in the rear view mirror.

Therefore I think this term is a myth.

I'm older than yous guys and not one of you has ever told me I'm too old or too old to carry the shots across the pool. I can't just go on vacation and sit around. I'm retired, I do that every other day.

    I like it!
As long as you can carry, at least a dozen shots, from the bar to the jacuzzzi area as a sorta benchmark.

In fact, a new pool game could be 'How many shots can you carry'?
The person who delivers the most shots around the pool, the fastest is Shot Queen or King.
