We're planning to run cruises on the following dates in August 2014: Sunday August 3 - deposits open here Monday August 11 - deposits open here Thursday August 21 - deposits open here Monday August 25 - deposits open here Sunday August 31 - deposits open here Each cruise will open up for deposits one month before. So 3rd August will open for deposits on 3rd July etc. etc. We always aim to open at 1pm Cancun time. Each time a cruise opens a sign up thread will be posted and I'll link to it from here and from the August roll call. Each cruise will need 25 deposits paid to reach confirmed status, and the maximum for each cruise is 70. If we don't reach confirmed status one week before the proposed date, then all deposits are refunded and the cruise is cancelled. Rationale for chosen dates: August is the quietest month of the year. The weather is better meaning people enjoy the nice weather at home rather than going abroad to find it. There are more daylight hours meaning people spend less time online plus kids are off school and family holidays take precedent for many. In terms of the distribution of numbers there aren't any big groups coming down in August and the month is fairly uniform low numbers throughout. There aren't many days we have above 30 people on the same day and we need at least 25 of those who are there to book the cruise in order for it to run. Some of the dates may be touch and go whether we make the minimum numbers, but we'll see how things go. I assess the numbers from the August roll call and various other threads and they don't take account of: - people who didn't add their dates to the roll call - new people who join between now and the cruise date - people who want to do more than one cruise - couples who are also bringing friends (have been counted as two) - folks staying at GOV, Desire or other hotels in Cancun - people who predominantly hang out at the Cancuncare/TTR Facebook group - people who book via our cancunboobsruise.com website - email requests from people who don't publicly post anywhere. So, it follows that my figures are probably a large underestimate of the actual number of people who will be in Cancun in August that have a connection with cancuncare in one way or another. Lets see how interest in the dates above go, we may have to make tweaks as time progresses depending on feedback.

We are going to miss the Boobs Cruise this yr = we get there on the 11 and leave on 17, Any chance of moving the 11th over a day or 2 or adding another. Please Annie and Allan
