Some of you have suggested to others to NOT bring books for poolside reading. Sam brought this one home today and said he was going to read it while sitting at the Sexy Pool. It may be the one legitimate exception to the above rule!
I tried reading a book last October, and kept reading the same 8 words over and over again. I finally said hell with it and used it to hold down my t-shirt.
I think i will always bring a book to TTR. I will always attempt to try to read... It is likely that we will fail miserably at every attempt but feel compelled Sent from my SGH-I337M using Tapatalk
I finish about 500 pages of reading every 8-9 night trip. Always bring 2-books. I read every morning for a few hours while drinking a few Caesars or michelada's (ojo rojo's). Sometimes you just need to tune out the ET staff and engross yourself in some good reading.
Well, I guess at TTR everyone would likely know whether, or not, you actually needed to read the book.
Isn't that what the quiet pool is for? I ask this because I have only seen it while walking to dinner.
The ET is 80% talk and 20% action - I just place the book down when the action begins. The ET only runs from about noon to 4pm most days anyway. Aside from a midnight swim in a torrential downpour we've never stepped foot in the quiet pool - only gotten pre-dinner drinks at the bar there as well.
Lol but walk around the pool and the topic is always vijay jay. Might work well to save your chair though.
