eat smart! lots of things you can eat that don't ruin a diet. just don't eat fried, bread, sugar! stick to fish chicken ect. and drink lots of water!! should be ok for vac. last trip I gained 3 lbs. in 12 days! that's it.
yeah i know what to eat it just the Temptation !!! am going to try do some exercise even if its just a little each day just going to be hard with a hangover every day ! something is better than nothing the other year i didnt put any thing on !!

Blondie and I each lost 20lbs before the trip and only put on 4lbs at TTR. We've been home 4 days and we are within a pound of pre-trip weight. Feeling good. We will be totally fit and ready for our next trip.
Another bike workout as the elliptical did not feel good with the sciatic crap. I also ate like an angel today. I definitely want to feel good in September.
wow, nearing the 1 month mark for not smoking!!! getting easier. been paying attention to what I eat also. I think this is doable. going to the lake this weekend to finish setting up boat camp. ha ha then weekends are play time and fishing!! yes life is good!! out planting tomatoe plants last night and my poor little bubba was allergic to some weed out there. poor guy sneezed for the rest of the night. felt bad for him!!
