To get back in the "mood" , my wife Katie dresses up in her shortest dress and we go dancing at Atlantas favorite Oldies Club "Johnnys Hideaway". We know all of the Bartenders and the Manager, so she won't get "bounced Out" for looking too sexy. HOPEFULLY !!! She does get a few nasty looks from the other ladies. My wife tells them "you should see me at Temptations in Cancun"!!!!!
I seriously may end up fired from subbing because I can't get my head back in the game and have not been strict enough with the students. Trying to make it to summer break without damage! Definitely need to invent a decompression chamber for post TTR because cold turkey has not been good!
100% the worst part of Temp is the post vacation blues. If you're lucky it only lasts a couple weeks. If you're unlucky it lasts until your next trip lol.
The trick is to make more trips to mecca. Goin back in 10 days. (3rd trip in 2014. . .not including NYE 2013) Limits TTR withdrawal symptoms and pangs
Sillyleo, I think they are a couple of "similar" resorts in Fl. We have been to Caliente (near Tampa), I have heard about some rooftop place and Paradise Lakes. They are of course no TTR, but they are fairly close. Our summer break started TODAY !!!!
Easy for you to say being you're from the east. Our prices out here are about 30% more than yours, such bs
I went to Caliente in 2006. It was nice then, but I hear it's starting to get a little rundown now. That said, the party is still a blast! If you go, you'll probably want to stay in one of the condos. The hotel and Casitas are not that nice IMO. It can be fun, but in my opinion it is overpriced. It makes very nice weekend getaway though.
