Which event or activity is your favorite one at Temptation Resort & Spa?

Hi everyone!

We would like to know which event or activity you liked the most during your stay at Temptation Resort & Spa Cancun, doesn't matter if was an special event, a regular activity or a group trip, but the most important thing is that you tell us why. Or even, if you imagine or you want to see an event of a new theme, feel free to share.

 

Tequila volleyball and casino night!

 

We enjoyed the pool side grill/ cook outs for lunch over the Easter Holidays. I am sure it allowed for some staff to have treasured family time over Holy Weekend. It worked and could/ should be done at Xmas/NYE.
The paella was a nice surprise and very good.
The sensual food demo was cool as well but could've gone a bit longer. Not every1 got to try the samples.
A regular weekly food demo with a TTR chef could be fun.

Amy's EASTER EGG hunt was new and different and fun to witness.
(Kinda get tired of some of the sameness of the pool entertainment, but I know it is bcuz we have been there many times and the games are fun for newbies)

Always love New Years Eve setup and show. This past NYE was the best one in 6 years!

Would luv to see Halloween show put back to Paty Os. Doesn't feel the same around sports
pool. Also, should be 2 categories for prizes. Single costumes and Duo/Group costumes.
People put alot of time,effort and money into costumes and there should be a division of prizing.

Would luv to see/hear the music genre upgraded especially around the sexy pool.
Gets very repetitive every day and night.
(Having said this, really like new DJ. Charlie is a welcome addition to DJ staff. Luv days he is cueing up tunes and luv the vibe he is setting.)
Hate the the little snippets of songs/medley played in the mornings. In fact it infuriates us. PLAY THE WHOLE DAMN SONG.! And not the elevator/muzak versions either.

Luv the ladies jello wrestling on the beach on the special weeks when it is done.

Foam party in pool in afternoon is a huge improvement but should be on different day. Casino night is always a staple highlight and foam party same day, is too much of a good thing all at once!!
(Ok . . .truthfully, don't want to have to pace myself at foam party. . .I worry about getting too drunk and missing lingerie night!)

The annual Bartenders challenge for the best original drink ( Pedro has won last 2 years) should be promoted as the 'drink of the year' all year.
Collectively, TTR has the best staff of bartenders at any resort we have ever seen. The challenge is a big competitve deal to them and the winner should have year round props by having winning drink featured. Put a sample drink of it on a shelf at all bars till the next year's winning drink.

An idea I have harbored for a long time is "Temptation Blues and Jazz Festival"
If it is successful make it an annual.

Run it over a weekend, during a traditionally slow week.
Have a few different bands play over the weekend, on beach or poolside or at night in PatyOs, or all three spots, that only play blues and Jazz.
There are many bands in Cancun and there are many guests to TTR who play in bands who could be utilized to play R&B and Jazz.
Also have DJ's go heavy on Blues and Jazz during the course of the 3 days. Give it a festival feel.
Promote the hell outta of it on Blues and Jazz media. Pack the rooms.

Another wish I have is for the cigar bar to be used on perfect weather nights. Setup a bistro feel or a tapas wine bar, with soft sexy vibe and music for socializing. Have the wine list from the restos available here.
In an environment like this, on a special night, I am apt to splurge on a nice Cali Pinot or a South African bold red with a flight of cheese or tapas, instead of another plate of fries at PatyOs b4 bed.

Damn, we "napped" right through the Casino!

1/ The afternoon Foam Party in the sports pool, fire that machine up twice a week! Going with days that don't conflict with the Boobs Cruise or lingerie Night seems a good idea too.
2/ lingerie Night. Rowwwrrrr!
3/ Fetish Night. "Hey Bitch, wanna feel the sting? I promise it won't hurt..... unless you want it to."

Marshe's idea for the Cigar Bar would be a welcome addition too. Having that option in contrast to the wilder vibe at Paty-O's would be nice for a more subtle version of "Boom-Boom, Let's Go Back To My Room".

 

lingerie night is our fave too. How about an Eyes Wide Shut/masquerade night?

We agree with Marshe on the music front - a bit more variety and live music would be welcome.

Not a fan of "events" around the sports pool at night, as it always seems to split the party, not enough space, seating for everyone so half the crowd goes back to Paty O's (with no music), and kind of kills the evening.
