When you head down, sit down with the representative and listen to their sales pitch. We purchased 14 additional nights and low prices cause we knew we would be back. Now we just scour airfare for great prices and that's our only cost. Ended up cheaper than when we booked on Expedia. Plus we can refer friends at discounted rates. Worth it if you know you'll be back.
I tried them a couple of years ago and it went south. I called Temptations to confirm my reservations and they said they didn't have me booked. When I contacted Vacation Express they said that they were not able to secure a room at Temptations, but would book us at another resort. I requested my money back and book through Orbitz. That was when we went in January 2013. This time we went through Orbitz again. We got everything for $2,175; which included 100% money back guarantee travel insurance. We leave New Orleans on June 11th and return home on the 17th. My advice would be to get your money back. Good luck.
We'll be there the 3rd through the 12th, see ya'll around the pool. Also there's a boob cruise on the 6th if you haven't signed up.....Would be our first, but they say that is a must if at all possible.....

See ya there 16th thru the 25th. We were going to GOV but Steve posted the place is in the transition of being sold to Dreams and turned into another family resort!! So it's back to the one and only TTR!
