You quoted my post !! My post told that Cypro is a bad drug. I said nothing about bringing antibiotics. I think too many times Drs. listen to drug companies sales pitches and push bad drugs on unsuspecting patients. They need rainbow shots mixed with body shots !
When people have chronic lung condition such as asthma or COPD they are more prone to develop SECONDARY bacterial infections following a common viral illness. Then, it is recommended that they carry and use antibiotics if/when they have had the appropriate guidance for this. Otherwise I totally agree that we shouldn't be using antibiotics for every illness. We are headed into an era where antibiotics are no longer going to work due to resistance. Then sadly we will be seeing people dying of illnesses that were recently easily treated. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I probably have good immunity cause I work around sick people all the time but I stand by my two tablets of vitamin C daily and I always bring them to cancun. I may forget to take other meds but never my vitamin C. Since bringing it to Cancun I also have not lost my voice. Yeah no more squeaky MO.
We ww they use glasses by the pool? The other resort we went to used plastic. We will definitely be bringing bubba mugs.
We're still here and I have it too. Although mine doesn't sound as bad. It started as a really sore throat for about two days and now I'm just coughing up stuff a lot, especially when I'm in the room and after I've been lying down. I have to turn off the AC at night or my throat starts to hurt again. My husband has been fine. It's very weird.
We got or Kim got Stomach last June . Took her out for two day but we have been go to resort for 9 years it seem there is alway a small group getting some type of bug. Last year was Kim s first that said , still going in June and had a blast last year . Sorry that you missed out on your trip.
One year I arrived with a pretty bad chest/head cold. I highly recommend the "Mexican Cough Syrup" served at the Paty'O Bar. Those guys are practically doctors.
