Bachelor Party At Temptation- Looking for tips,expectations,etc.

Can't help but add my two cents.

1-For all the people who gripe about groups, guess what, there are lots of couples only places, go there and you won't have to worry.

2-Cancun is a great place for a bachelor party,

3-Temptations is maybe not the best place to stay.

The reason for this is the all inclusive "trap". If you stay in a standard resort (not all inclusive) you would most likely go to the nightclubs at night and wonder around until you find what you were looking for, be it the other sex, sports, shows, casino etc. When you are at an all inclusive and have all ready "paid" for your drinks, entertainment etc. you are much more likely to be disappointed when you don't get all the other options with out paying twice. If you haven't budgeted for nights out (which are going to be $100pp by the time it's over) then you are stuck at Temptations. I think this is where a lot of problem is, groups read that it is a good place for a bachelor party etc, get there and when it doesn't meet their expectations they have already sent their money and end up sitting at Pady'Os and drinking heavily. If they weren't financially locked in they would just move to the next stop until they found one that was what they are looking for.

 

Just go and have fun. when I sit back and think about it, while there are a lot of folks from this forum that go to Temptation there are way more people who don't go on here and don't have the preconceived notions that many repeaters do.

whether it be people that are on here or not that you meet you will meet people that are good and friendly.

Yes as pointed out before groups of single guys have misbehaved in the past.i would hate to think people would judge you before even knowing you..! as some cool people have kindly pointed out.. im going with the group of 12 guys that Jamie was speaking about and took on board his comments/advice delivered in the right manner, which i will be relay to the rest of guys.. not that it has to be,if any in the group get out of hand then i would be one of the first to tell them to go to your room no tv aswell...lol
for everyone going TTR enjoy have fun,dont let anyone spoil it for you..before you know it you'll be back home in the rat race wishing for another holiday..

Hi Man, what about putting a proper pic on the profile and filling out the rest. You haven't a name, a location(sorry Uk no good),no face pic, no job type, interests "sport"..all a bit vague. Come on come out, join in and tell us more. Get the lads to join as well... this is a party

Bachelorette parties can be just as much trouble, there's always "The bitchy one" "The loud one" "The pushy one" "The woo girl in a straw cowboy hat" "The mother hen" etc.....etc....etc....

 

We had a bad expiriences with single guys at TTR, but we also had bad expiriences at the club back home.


Give the kids a break and let them show what they have. if they make a mistake or are like the other one then you have every right to talk.

This thread is definately a VERY controversial one.....I say GOOD LUCK.....ur gonna need it and I say that with all do respect, however, large packs of single men are not the norm AT ALL. Keep it clean, tasteful and classy. TTR is NOT the place for a group of men to get carried outta hand. I see disaster written all over this if you don't play your cards right.

I MUST SAY THIS THO.....I truly hope you can prove everyone wrong and have a great time meeting new friends. TTR has some of the best people you will ever meet!

He is there now, not the same group that other guy mentioned in his trip report. I'm not saying bach parties can't be trouble but if I were goin with friends and were judged based on previous people I would be pissed and hate to even bother going if that's what people's attitude were going to be toward me.

Interested in hearing how the trip report goes for this bach party and hoping they are having a good time regardless.

Kudos to the girl with the right hook though!
