Gutted stayed the same weight this week ! Suppose it's better then putting on I have started doing more weights so need to check body fat
you should be proud of yourself!! you have done a great job! Im pretty happy with myself, I lost 17lbs. then gained 3 back. but am really making good food choices, and portion sizes are becoming way easier. I stop long before I would have before. now gym time hard to tone up wigglies! also im staying away from sweets and breads. and its really getting easy. so ladies and guys, it can be done if I can do it!! haven't had my food staple in awhile yep pizza!! not until its all where it should be!!
oh yea one more thing, I actually like getting dressed up again!! I have tons to pick from. Its like ive been shopping and have a ton of new clothes!!!
Back from Cancun............3.5 lb gain and time to get back to work. At least that what it was yesterday. I only worked out once this trip, very sad and so not like me. I had alot of foot pain, knee pain and well I catered more to my feet. I drank alot of water, vodka and Mio while there and I guess that helped keep me from gaining so much weight.
Yeah that is one good thing I can't fit in more of my clothes but most of my dresses from TTR last year have gone on e bay far to big My boob are going tho
awww that sucks about knee, and foot pain. Hope you still had a blast. 3lbs. not bad at all!! hope I can say the same when we get back.
