OK... as another May Boobs Cruise sells out, just want to remind folks not to give up hope if you really wanted to go on one.... Each time a Boobs Cruise goes out, the are invariably people that drink way too much the night before and don't seem to make it to PadyO's in the morning. While this sucks for them.. it's a bonus if you weren't able to get into the original list. On the morning of the cruise, show up ready to go with cash in hand and let Steve or Janet know you are available if there is a no show. May not happen, but you never know and if a seat became available and you weren't there..... well let's not let that happen.. Jamie
Just to add to Jamie's comments. We have ran about 8 cruises that were sold out this year so far. Every cruise we have a few people looking for spaces available on the day and only once did we have to turn people away due to lack of space. What normally happens is we have a no show rate of around 10% which for a sold out boat of 70 means 6-8 people do not show, and will pass these places on to any walk ups. We usually have people on a standby list but often many of those do not show either. So even for sold out cruises with a standby list it is definitely worth popping in to Paty O's at meet up time and I'll do my best to get you on the boat if I can.
In the event of a no show does the stand by guest still pay full amount or just the balance difference? Just curious. That brings up my next hypothetical question. Are reservations transferable?
I believe stand by guests pay the full price of the cruise. Deposits are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled cruise after that they are forfeited. Not sure about transferable deposits though.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
