the screaming kids are usually the first sign lol pearl is a completly different resort than TTR. And its apparently alot nicer than TTR. Can't say for sure since we have never been to either but I'm guessing that's why everyone volunteers to go to pearl.
Ahhh so is Pearl owned by the same owners as Temptations and thus, if overflow occurs or any sort of booking issues- they provide the guests the option to go to pearl? Thanks for the information!
No, it's not automatic. Pearl, up the January this year, has had low bookings so Original Resorts{when they have a need to bump) have been moving limited numbers of willing couples to Pearl(which is a clothing optional resort) as sort of a promotion. However, since the beginning of April this year through the end of Sept, Pearls bookings are mostly full during this period - so bottom line is that IF you get bumped don't automatically assume it will be to Pearl
The least inexpensive room at Pearl starts at about 3x $$$ per night what you as a couple would pay for a basic room a TTR. Can't really compare them(other than they are both AI) since it's apple and orange thing ...
We would volunteer immediately as well for Pearl...but would be happy at Partytown TTR as well:aktion030:
