Birthday suits i think lol. mostly wear night club wear or nice shirt and shorts. except Lingerie night Which is boxers or thong or g-string only.
Rome is wearing slinky boxers/sleep shorts most of the nights, usually coordinating with me. School girl night he even has a tie that matches my skirt hehe

Last time we were there, the guys loosely tried to follow the themes. Let's be honest, they're really for the girls, it's not often they get to wear the "slut gear" anywhere else. (and that's said with the utmost respect and adoration for sluts). I think I had on a white button up, tie, and glasses for school girl night, a white shirt (polo style, but cool) for white night, and Lingerie night... well, we'll just leave that one alone (very sore subject with the Mrs... this guy was a jackass, story better told over drinks in the sexy pool). Anyway, my PLAN was to wear some Scarface boxers to match her pinstripe Lingerie. Other than that, pretty much just chilled out in shorts and a decent shirt. We were there in July, so it was insanely hot. Going in May this time may be a little better, but I plan on the same attire. As a rule, I avoid pants (jeans or slacks) when on vacation in Mexico if I can.
Mostly "resort" slacks and silk shirts (wife's favorite). Make sure you take something for Lingerie night. We didn't, and had to spend an hour that afternoon shopping for something suitably revealing/tight/sexy for me to wear. Wife settled on a pair of white, high-cut, DIESEL briefs for me. (and they were brief)
