If it's real, maybe that's why she wrote the review, her husband was having a blast and she obviously didn't.

Maybe she could gave learned something if she lightened up.

Just remember that there are a lot of fabricated trip reports, planted by competitor resorts, and this sounds like one of those. Some of the review points don't pass the sanity check. "nice hotel with good food and great service and even nice beach?" The resort is older, and let's face it: It's average, as Cancun resorts go. And the beach really isn't that nice. It's the people and atmosphere that make it fun and worthwhile. These reviews aren't meant to dissuade the prudes, because the prudes would never go there anyway. It's mean to scare the people on the fence.

Disappointed

My husband and I decided to take a spring vacation just the two of us and thought to give this resort a try. The reviews we read were decent so we thought it would be fun to do what I thought would be a romantic trip. I did read that it is a topless resort (optional), and that's fine. What we found was not just topless but filthy, kinky, and disgusting behavior by the members, encouraged by the entertainment staff of the resort. And what bothered us the most was the language used during the shows by the staff, unnecessary use of foul language and swearing. It was the trashiest place imaginable and a haven to low class, drunks and inappropriate people. Nothing we were prepared for. It was no escaping the noise all nite and the screaming even in the quite areas. There was a lot of sexual activity among guests and we witnessed many fights between couples related to one's or both partners inappropriate behavior during the night time partying. There were used condoms around the beach floating in the water and some of the guests who stayed to watch the night time pool partying told us that there was a lot of sex engagement in the pool.

It is really sad that a nice hotel with good food and great service and even nice beach would find it necessary to promote such crude behavior and trash the place down by promoting inappropriate behavior. Especially, since staff seems to like the owner and talk highly of him and his family. I would highly suggest they clean up the act and give this resort the opportunity to be a respectful place for couples to vacation that are looking for clean romantic fun.

We would definitely never recommend Temptations to anyone with any self respect.
