That would work and then Dawn & I could fix up the place more and we could have a TTR in Texas on our 10 acres. We could build buildings on our 10 acres for people to stay. Funny we are talking about this cause this has been brought up before when we had a mini June Junkies party at our place two years ago in August. We had some great times without the TTR police.
