Losing weight getting in shape before TTR

That's a lot of wraps at once!! Or did you just make an outfit out of the new wrap covering? I'm always nervous when I do one full wrap on each leg at the same time!!

For the person that asked, they are ItWorks. Assuming Kim sells them. I don't As a trainer, I try not to endorse any specific products by actually selling them - except that I do think their It's Vital complete Nutrition vitamin and mineral packs are AMAZING!! Rome got decent results from wraps. They don't work on my midsection because I don't hold "junk" there. I always forget to take before pictures so I'm not convinced they work on my legs/butt either. But I did just buy TWO more boxes, to test it out before the trip lol Their defining gel does help decently with stretch mark and cellulite appearance, too, but you have to keep using it to keep the full result.

I've tried to talk friends into trying the wraps and gel, so I can further test their effectiveness but they are not excited about the price since I couldn't talk them into doing the Loyalty Program, which IMO, makes the items as affordable as any other comparable items on the market, especially the supplement packs.

Wow. Was NOT planning to say that much at all but couldn't seem to stop myself! I think I may go wrap my legs now since Rome did a booty pic for me yesterday.

 

I just wish it wasn't double wrapped around the breast line, lol, bob n Kim always have such hot pics

 

I lost 5 pounds on isagenix in 3 days. A week later it's still off.

Stuff I bought did, even the "one size fits most" and I'm pretty curvy (especially now! Oh crap! I haven't tried that on post-boobs - rut roh!!!).

 

I have to agree 80% is diet. Abs are made in the kitchen not the gym!

Eating healthy, no cheat meals, hitting the gym 5 days a week, not being afraid to lift heavy (ladies, you wont look like a man if you do), and protein shakes! No diet pills or gimmicks here, just hard work.

Took me 4 months to start seeing abs - I think I will be TTR ready for May :icon_cool:

 

wow! you look great!! working on a view similar to that! my goal is to have it by oct. sooner would be nice. took 2 years and some months to put it on so, it will take a bit to really get it off for good.
