    Make Sure you have a good picture on the roll Call, so people can recognize you when this list is printed, still a few with no picture. Especially newbes, Hard to meet you when you are a ghost!!!.

    Bonine is the brand name - it works great for me. Otherwise known as Meclizine. Get it from the Pharmacist over the counter - no prescription necessary.

    But you cannot get it in Canada anymore.

    No bad side effects, drowsiness, dry mouth, pressure behind the eyes that you get from the patch and Dramamine.

    I take it every day - at least 2 - 3 before I get on a boat, and then for a day after.

    Works for nausea caused by other reasons too :)
