Losing weight getting in shape before TTR

    Ok something is going on and I'm not sure I like it...

    My dear friend suggested to me to lose weight... I should cut back on drinking booze..I have
    only clean foods, I have.. now I'm no saint and well I had two glasses of wine last night and oh my god I have a hangover.. is this what I have to look forward to this sucks.. have a few drinks Friday night and pay for it all weekend hang overs are 10 times worse.. Second food.. been eating really healthy and yup losing weight.. however everyone cheats or has something you enjoyed from the past... well crap now that food not only makes me feel crappy then next day.. I'm so irritable and bitchy...
    Gotta say this diet/lifestyle change is screwing me up.. and not sure I like it..
    however lost 10 lbs but thinking they were fun lbs.. keep this up and going to be a skinny sad women.. LOL my hungover rant at work on a friday... is done.. but really all you fitness guru's is this what I have to look forward to...

    Awww..lol it sucks and yes.. if you don't drink often the hangovers are nasty.. if i have a fun filled night of drinking and shooters on a Friday.. Saturday I barely make it out of bed and I'm still hung over on Monday.. ;(

    I know when ive been in really good shape, and eating really well if I over do it on carbs then I feel like crap. and for drinking if I drink too much and don't stay hydrated then im hungover for the whole next day! don't seem fair, but the plus side is all the other days I feel so much better than if im not keeping it clean.

    Yeah your right I do feel better all the other days.. but really !!!
    Hardly drinking alcohol anymore.. Eating healthy.. exercising... whats next ?? NO smoking!!!

    I've been to Temptations, huge, after weight loss, pregnant, huge again.....lmao..this time Im looking to go in better shape. Before you know it, June will be here. Cutting carbs and sugar. But no matter my size, I'm there for fun and sun!

    We will be there June 9-15th

    I quit smoking in January-put on 10 pounds-I feel great that I am finally smoke free-but feel BLAH about the extra 10. It's amazing how shitty you feel in your clothes with the extra weight. Nowhere near ready for TTR. :( AND how to do it smoke free????????

    I just bought insagenix. Yuck!!! I'm returning it. The shakes are horrible.

    No special diets, no pills, no shakes, etc... Its really just about cutting calories and burning more than you take in. I dont think the shakes are a bad idea as a meal replacement though. I just dont like it when they are marketed as a "weight loss product". Its not easy, but it's simply lifestyle, diet, and exercise, with about 80% being the diet.
