They are shipped from the US, I wont have any in Mexico. Since you're in Canada Jess I would suggest not to risk buying one as it may not make it there in time. Seems they take longer to ship to Canada due to customs. Maybe get someone from the US to bring one for you. Folks in the Us should receive them way before the 11th.
Ohhhh, no worry. =) I'm not such in a hurry to have it ( Kind off ) I will just have a surprise when I'll be back at home waiting for me in my mailbox. Also, place them in a bag envelope not a box ( because they wont fit in my postmail ( I have one of those mailbox communitity and they are really small !
If I remember correctly a week maybe two in advance.. otherwise they tell you they don't have anything.. which of course people get really concerned.. Woot woot just noticed 1 month today and we're there...Yeah !!!
