Oh! And called my dr office - apparently they keep the massage and stomach laying instructions under wraps until the one week appointment. Weird but whatevs. Probably don't want people thinking they are getting a jump start by doing it right away when they are actually causing damage.
That may be; they wouldn't give me any details over the phone, just that they would give me more instructions at my 1 week follow up.
