    So true, we always try to get in shape for TTR by training for about 3 months before departure. Does that means we should go to TTR every 3 months to stay healthy and in shape ?? Well maybe then it's the liver that would fail :daveandmo:.

    (...wondering if theres anything like low fat AIWC...)
