I have booked USA Transfers and I gave them the time our flight is scheduled to arrive...Noon. But I have been watching the arrival times for our flight and it consistently arrives 30-45 min early Will USA Transfers keep an eye on actual arrival times of flights or will we be left waiting for 45 min if our flight gets in early?? I know we have to clear customs and get out luggage but I am assuming USA Transfers takes that in account when they dispatch their drivers. Also, my hubby was wondering if the driver will hold up a sign with our name on it? This is something he wants to cross off his bucket list...lol.
USA Transfers are stationed right there at the airport. When you walk outside of the terminal you will see all the transfer companies out there, just look for USA Transfers. Sorry but no sign.
Relax. . .u are in good hands with USA transfers. There are several ppl outside arrivals terminal who wear USA transfer shirts. Find one of them. They will check their list for your name, and call a driver to pick you up. Takes perhaps 10 to 15 mins for it all to happen. Enuff time to grab a beer. But no the driver is not sitting qnd waiting with a sign for you. USA transfers are much too busy to have drivers and vehicles sitting idle. The company has been doin this for a quite some time and know what they are doin You'll be fine.

No worries with USA Transfers. Last year we were delayed an hour and I thought we were up shit creek. Soon as the plane landed I called all the numbers and of course they were in Spanish! I was so stressed until we got outside and there they were with a smile and our ride!!!! They ROCK!
