Great price on Cheaptickets! April 6-10 (4 nights) $653! I think Priceline has the same deal, but you dont pay until you get there to the hotel. Not really fond of that idea.
That sounds like a pretty good deal, as long as you don't get gouged on your airfare. For reference: we booked about 3 weeks ago after waiting/checking constantly for a great deal. We ended up getting 5 days, 4 nights including non-stop airfare from Detroit for about $1550.00. We looked a few days later and it was up to $2300.00, and airfare is now going for about $1100.00 alone for our same dates. As far as paying when you arrive, it seems to me that you will have no leverage if they decide to not honor your reservation for whatever reason, be it a broken water main or cancelled flights. Just my 2 cents.
Every time I see someone get a good deal, I go back and check to see if the price has decreased. But, still have the best deal for us. Booked several months ago on Orbitz and paid $139 a night, total of $1252 for nine nights. Maybe we will upgrade when we arrive? The suites sure look SWEET!! Michelle
Yes, that was the deal we got that convinced us to go to GOV last November !! 5 nites were around $800 or so !!! The resort was sooooo slowwwww at that time that we got upgraded to a spice room w/balcony at no charge. Those days are probably over, but now the resort seems a lot more fun !!!
