    I'm down 34 pounds from the holidays; I'm just being good till May! I haven't had a beer in 8 weeks!!! I remember the last one too and how it tasted so good on my lips: Sweetwater IPA!!:banghead:

    Good advice year round really. Once I started with Keto in November and got my thyroid under control, the weight comes pouring off. I am not going to be in any Calvin Klein ads anytime soon but the boost to the confidence alone is worth it.

    We have beer Friday every week at work and its hard to turn it down and still be social. Must be what a recovering alcoholic feels like. I love a nice bitter IPA too.
