Well lets see the "decency rule". It's not posted on the website under "House Rules" or "FAQ". I will be looking for it in the fine print when I sign any papers at check in. Matter of fact, I will confirm when I check in that topless is ok all hrs of the day/night. I/wife will respect no nudity if that the case. But advertised as "Topless Resort". That means anywhere to me unless written/signs stating otherwise. Oh, and wife does not like wearing clothes, beware. I warned you.
ARE THE POOLS TOPLESS? Yes, the resort's swimming pools are topless-optional. This would imply that unless you are at a pool, including the beach, it's not topless optional. Bare boobs have never been allowed at Paty'o's but they do tolerate pasties, shear and the occasional flash. As for total nudity, it's an absolute no-no.
I Consider the AI concept as the main reason for a LOT of normal peoples very abnormal behavior. If you have to pay for your alcohol, you are going to regulate how much you drink. However, it the resort is All Inclusive, quite a few folks just drink (and eat) all that they can hold. I would venture to say that lots of TTRs (and other resorts) guests have never been totally DRUNK. A small percentage of those drinkers have a HUGE personality shift when "really" drunk. A completely different person emerges, very mean with little inhibitions. A real jerk !!! Lots of times, that persons spouse isn't even aware of whats going on.
If a person is a jerk when they're drunk...then they're a jerk when they're sober. Being drunk isn't an excuse for acting improperly.
