TTR is pretty good at making premier guests' requests happen. We asked for a separate bar,, better service and more perks and it happens. Just sayin' Anyhow, Congrads on your signs.
Making Premier guests requests happen is great for the 15% of guests that are Premier. What about the other 85%?
We didn't have to pay big $$$ for our request to be answered...it's nice to know that somebody is looking out for the little people Also a lot of your request..ie: your own bar and your own seating at Patyo"s is one of the reasons people are beginning to look for other options !!!
GOV not getting love from some. I have an idea give it time and let us that are going enjoy our experience without unwarranted sarcasm. If it ends up flopping you will here it on this site first from many. Just three weeks to go for us.
You sound bitter.......maybe because you paid all that money (and continue to) and now you are stuck at TTR? (agreed there are far worse places to be stuck!) and have no option to go anywhere else? TTR is great we had lots of fun there, but we are excited to try something a bit different.....that's all.
All due respect Steve. Haven't seen less than 30% in last 8 trips. More closer to 40%. And to be honest, non-premiers get improvements too. Example: #1. hot tub and deck over sexy pool washrooms now open to all. #2. Restaurant reservations system revised and user-friendly for all. #3. Current room refreshing in all categories. There are many other examples if you think about it. TTR gets better progressively and evryone benefits. But good that GOV has got signage now
Not bitter at all. Luv our TTR membership. Use it alot. Did not pay much for it either. We know what we signed up for and we didn't buy a pig in a poke. Can you say the same? But we sussed out GOV months ago. Too apathetic and bureaucratic in our opinion. It is not our type of place. From what I understand longer bar hours are wanted and asked for. I would think that would be higher up the food chain of responding to guests requests. It would be a make or break deal if I was a guest. Signage I would unimpressed about. But as I said it is not our type of place. Enjoy your vacay. We always do.
