We are thinking about booking our flight and room at Temptations thru cheapcaribbean.com. Does anyone know if they have reps on site at Temptations? (like Funjet does) Also looking for feedback (positive or negative) from anyone who has previously booked thru CheapCaribbean? (any problems, surprises, hidden charges, reservation issues, etc?) Thanks (In the past we have used Funjet w/o any problems but cannot reach them by phone ..long hold times, and they will not reply to emails about price matching. oh well)
We book our Feb 23-March 1 vacation to Temptation through Cheap Caribbean. They price matched Cheaptickets.com which was a little cheaper at the time. I'm not sure if they have a rep on site but they were great work with over the phone when booking and I would definitely use them again in the future. Kelly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
FWIW I looked at using them before I booked our first trip for this September. I showed the cost through cheap carribbean to the travel agent a friend (who is going with us) uses and she was able to actually beat their cost.

We used them in Sept 2012 and again for our trip this April. They were absolutely wonderful!!! I have nothing but great things to say. For our Sept trip, the airline moved our flight so that instead of getting into Cancun at 10am, we were not going to get in until 3pm. I emailed CheapCarribean, complaining about the hours lost on our vacation (even tho it says in the fine print that airline changes are not their responsibilty) and dealt with the same rep for every thing and the rep at CheapCarribean actually got us another night at TTR and rescheduled our flight and transfers for the change, all at no cost to us for the flight change and only a 50 dollar charge for the extra day at TTR. I've recommended them to tons of friends who also have had nothing but great experiences with them. Also, they did in 2012, have a rep on site at TTR. I also like the fact that we could book and make payments until the trip was paid for. BIG help to us, as we didn't readily have 2600 to pull from the bank for our vacation. Hope this helps.
We used CheapCaribbean last yr and had no problems at all. This yr we are using Expedia for first time so would like same info if anybody has used Expedia before. Expedia had direct flights which I could not get from CheapCaribbean. reason I switched to Expedia.
We have used Expedia for our last three bookings. Everything has been great. All transfers etc are booked thru Best Day Travel, who are on site at TTR and are extremely helpful. We have never had a problem with Best Day. Previous to this we used Apple Vacations, good ... but not great service. Have a great time at TTR!!
This is our first trip to TTR through cheapcarribean, however we have used them often over the past few years. They have been wonderful, and at other resorts we have visited there has always been a rep on site. (won't know about TTR until 4/30).
