Well, the change over was in effect upon my arrival. Check in was easy, got my room in 45 minutes after a 2 p.m. check in, lobby bar was great when I got mt drunkin monkey. I went to the pool and got another. I met sexy Sara (sara69) who I knew from Temptation who hooked me up with a green wrist band, game on. I met the CCC crew at the same time who were partying as usual. Let me say the beach is great, This is were most of the people hang out during the day, the pool is also hoppin in the afternoon. I just wanted to point to two people out who made my vac. the best. The restaurant manager Ana was so helpful picking out the best place for me to eat every night, and maybe getting me a spot in a place where there are mostly couples, was outstanding and most appreciated. Not to mention drop dead beautiful. Now if you want the best and most attentive waiter at the resort my man Absalon at the Mexican Restaurant for brunch is the best, coffee always just right and you never go wanting for anything. Over all the place is beautiful , food very good and staff is the best. Well worth the money, much better deal than Temptation, which I love as a single guy.

Also, thanx 4 the tips/advice on who to ask for as our waiter next month; butwe're gunna' need 2 be careful to pronounce his name carefully cuz after too many beers (or drunken monkeys...) the name "Absolan" could get slurred and have us escorted right outta' the restaurant. Yeah, just read the review and replied ourselves... gotta give her credit for taking the time after a less than perfect experience to inform the rest of us about what she saw, especially since it didn't seem like she was personally affronted/offended by the resort but experienced things she doesn't want to see again and wanted the rest of us to know about. Hope it was isolated and those bad things are fewer and further between.
I read that review. but it was her take on the place. I was at TTR 2 years ago having the time of my life, when some lady was complaining a lot about just about everything! I didn't know at first where she was talking about, then she said here. I was really shocked! hadn't even experienced a little of what she was saying!! so before I book I will weigh the pros and cons carefully then choose.
...ps - the woman in question is a CCC member (Melissa&Patrick) and posted on here as well... seems reasonable.
I saw that also. Some of us look for different things I guess. Vacation is good once your luggage arrives. After that I am good.
A review is just that... every one is a different perspective. I appreciate all of them good and bad and plan on putting one up myself once we return. And if I have issues, they will be posted and people can bash away....LOL Its sad that everyone wants to hear reviews but people have to worry about being criticized for leaving a bad one...
Now after reading additional posts I understand why people are aggravated.... Enough is enough. Post once on CCC and once on The FB group and leave it alone already....
