so, after reading some tr's and reviews from gov, i'm undecided on which place to book again! anyone else having this "problem"? also, TTR is $500 more for my stay right now. i guess if it sucks, i'll still have a Boobs Cruise or two to help out.
I gotta tell you guys, until all the reports from GOV come back with stories and tales like those at TTR, I'm going to have a hard time getting Stacia to go there.... Besides, GOV isn't Desire's type of deal, either. So, not TTR, not Desire... so.... Hmm.
My brother in law and his wife just got back from their first trip to GOV after a few trips to TTR, they loved it! As well as friends of ours. We will definitely be checking it out in the future no question. Their pics were awesome. We went for a day visit last trip. It is WAY classier than TTR. They were all very impressed
It was a huge decision for us to make the change this year and book GOV as we love TTR, but there were a few things that kinda pissed me off last year...so we thought we would give it a try. I know people say that TTR is all about the people and it really is, but when you spend a lot of money to go there I expect a few things...like a nice room, not a run down crappy one...just a bunch of little things !!! We just happen to luck out this year because the first 2 weeks in April at GOV are full of TTR people and it is going to be a blast...and the trip reports coming back now are really looking up...We are really looking forward to our trip. We know it wont be quite as crazy as TTR but we will certainly make our own fun
say it aint so, try Alpharooms. Everywhere I checked GOV was more expensive. We are going to book TTR from Alpharooms and flying seperately out of Toronto. This was about 500 dollars Cheaper and it is direct flights. The whole gang from last year is going back this year. We will miss you guys if you go there...
We are doing 2 Cancun trips this year. We will be at GOV April 6th. When comparing prices, the choice was easy. TTR was 500 more dollars. CRAZY!! We like TTR too, but the people are what make it what it is. The resort is just a resort. So, if enough folks from TTR start going to GOV, wont it be just as fun? Ive been reading lots of really good reports from the last couple weeks at GOV. Also planning on goping to TTR in July, but the prices there are getting what I think is ridiculous.
I just priced GOV for the same time we are going to TTR (through the same site) and they are 200.00 per person cheaper!!! At the same time, last year was the first time we went to TTR and wanted to go back. I guess we will see how this time goes and wait for more reviews on GOV..............also we have another couple that comes with us so guess gonna find out what they think too.
