Here is the link to the informational website for the June Junkies. Please bear in mind it is a work in progress. You will need to set up a Google account if you don't already have one. When connecting to the site, it will force you to request access. Once I receive the request, I will add your account to the valid list. If I do not know your vacation dates, I will not grant you access. I'm not trying to be mean, but it's a bit of a safeguard. The same goes the other way in that if you do not want access, your information will not appear on the site. Rest assured, only people that will be attending TTR in June will be given rights to view the site. Once entering the site, please verify your dates and names are correct on the Calendar page. Wow...this is a GREAT idea since we'll be flying out of MDW, which has relatively high daily long term parking rates! Thanks for posting. Will definitely look into this!
Judging by the number of requests for access that I'm receiving, I'm not concerned at all with the security of the informational website. The names I haven't recognized were able to be confirmed to match users on Cancuncare and I'm happy thus far with the reception. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
It's better than email. You have to be approved for a login/access. With mass email, you wound up with everyone's email address, and that's not necessary. Great work Tom, I think this is the way to go!
