Got back last night and just want to tell everyone a little about our 5th trip. Spent 8 days at TTR, Feb 14-22. Another great trip during week 8! Not going to bore everyone with travel details--no issues, no problems, and time share folks were definitely the least intrusive/rude than past years. First three days were an absolute blur of fun and craziness. Theme nights this year were super fun--I most enjoyed Lingerie night--people brought their A game this year fo’ sho’! Ryan and Alisha(sp?) took the gold medal in the Lingerie contest and that was awesome. School girl night and tight-n-brite night were also way fun--I didn’t really get into either of those last year but this year ponied up and had a blast! Steve’s Boobs Cruise on Tuesday the 18th was my 3rd cruise and my favorite by far. Chinos and Omar have really amped up the party and the fun. No buzzkill shopping stop made for a much more awesome time imo. Paty’Os was an absolute riot fest every night I was there, which was most nights. Music was awesome, people were dancing, kissing, partying more than ever, or so it seemed to me! We hung out with so many friends from past trips and met some incredibly awesome new people this year too. Shout out to everyone--I mean everyone--we talked to (this is well over 200 people, if not more). Nickname shoutout: ATM (deposits only)/Party in a Box, and Ryan’s surrogate wife. These two absolutely kept us in stitches all week. This year I really got into just acting crazy and stupid and it was a fucking blast with everyone. Service seemed to be better than ever this year--restaurant and buffet waits for drinks, food, etc were much faster than years past. 2 small complaints: 1) Our room, 1305, was shitty. The rooms need to be revamped. It’s our own fault we didn’t move rooms but we had already unpacked and got lazy, but this means we had to put up with a broken air conditioner and a shower which was either scalding hot or cold all week. We won’t make that mistake agains. The only plus about the room was the location--right above the sports pool, which made all those drunk hikes to/from the room easier. 2) This isn’t really a complaint, more of an observation--as a lot of people’s t-shirts announce, if you didn’t come to party, DON’T FUCKING COME. If you want to pretend you’re above getting crazy and stupid, if you hate fun, if you hate laughing and dancing and talking to everyone and especially, if you love making fun of people for cruel reasons, either don’t come in the first place or fucking find another place to go that suits boring and judgmental people just like you. Luckily, there are very, very few people like this at the resort--almost everyone (I’m talking 99%) of the people at TTR are awesome, crazy mo-fo’s who know they can be serious every other week of the year, so let’s get crazy at TTR! I already miss everyone and hope to see you all next year!!! Jess
Great report, glad you guys had a blast.. couldn't agree more on the folks that go and haven't a clue what its all about.. That's what makes it great when you get to know a lot of folks thanks to Steve and Janet and this fantastic site.. we go in groups and those party poopers are few and far between, and easy to ignore.
Thanks for the report! Like you said - the odd few people who come to TTR expecting a quiet well behaved resort baffle me too. As Chinos used to say when people were offended by his Sexy Pool games..."You're at the wrong f*****g hotel! This is not Disney...do I look like Mickey f*****g Mouse?"

We are just off the plane and traveling home to Iowa. Every day was beautiful and fun. We met more of the Week 8 overlappers this year and hope to overlap more next year. Always fun to hang out with you two! My TR coming soon.....
