Trouble booking with USA Transfers

    Anybody else having trouble booking their transfer? I have submitted the information several times & clicked to reserve & nothing. :huh: Did the taxis capture them?

    we booked ours a while back..arrive on Monday..hope they are waiting for us or I may blow a gasket!!!

    Do you mean you submitted the info and haven't received a confirmation or did the info not go through?

    I can see several reservations made today in the system so I'd guess if the info isnt going through it's just a temporary glitch due to slow connection somewhere, possibly at your end or possibly at there's.

    I'd suggest waiting an hour and then try again.

    I submitted the info at noon & about 45 min ago. Not sure if it went thru or not. Usually we receive a confirmation within minutes but nothing today. I will keep trying

    I can only see reservations in the system if they were booked using my link. I can see several bookings today, but none under your name.

    I *think* you should receive an acknowledgement immediately and then a detailed confirmation within 24 hrs as the confirmations need to be processed by hand.

    Must have had a glitch in my computer, sent a request using my cell phone and received a comfirmation. Thanks for your help .:mnm:

    I see it in the system now for Feb 20/27, looks like you are all set.

    I am reserving a transfer to and from the airport for Feb 26 and Mar 5. It is giving me the option to pay up front...do you recommend this or can we just pay upon arrival?

    Either, it's up to you.

    Paying on arrival is fine. Just some people prefer to get the payment done up front and out of the way.

    Service and reliability is exactly the same.

    is there an e-mail address?

    I also sent an inquiry on their website a few days ago. It wasn't a simple order since we're staying at another hotel in Playa del Carmen for a few days and their website doesn't have ability to book multiple transfers. I haven't heard back. I looked on their website for an e-mail, but there is none listed.

    Does anybody know an e-mail address for them? It seems their online inquiry service is not working too well.
