I arrive on February 26 & have emailed a couple times about upgrading rooms & signing up for pirate cruise (since it's Thursday & I get there on Wednesday) - no reply. Thought I'd try here again
We are in same boat (lol) arriving 26th evening. However we have Jeff and Janet trying to get us signed up for the pirate cruise and we have an email into Valentina and will send her one last email a few days b4 we leave to remind her again (as that is what she has asked us to do) I bet Jeff will try to get you signed up as well when he tries to sign us up with Valentina's help
You can send me a private message with your names and date you want to go to the Kinky Pirate Adventure and I can make the reservation for you. We usually tell our guests they can make the reservation once they get to the hotel, but if you get there Wednesday o Thursday in the morning, we can add you to the list. Just make sure to send us an email or inbox a couple of days beforehand to double check the information and verify with our concierges once you get to the hotel to make sure you are on the list.
