How about a answer on camera policy. How can you have a fun topless atmosphere if the women have to worry about creeps violating their privacy? No one wants to end up on Google images or YouTube.
What?!?!? What time is checkout? And they shouldn't advertise pictures of rooms if thats not what they will look like! We booked off Orbitz and all the pics of the rooms looked really nice and thats why we booked because it looks nice. Now after reading all these post it does not look like that is what we will get.
Hi, you can upgrade to Spice to get a remodeled room only if you booked a Flirt category. If your flight leaves late, you can either extend your check-out until 4 pm or 6 pm and have your room available until that time, or you could also choose to stay without the room and just using our facilities and some of our restaurants. Both options have an extra charge and you choose what is most convenient to you.
Our check-out time is at 12 pm. We have 4 types of rooms, the remodeled ones are the Spice, Seduction and Sian Ka'an category. Our Flirt category are the only ones not remodeled yet but we are working on it. We are currently remodeling several of them at the same time and once we finish those, we will start with several more. We can't change all of them at once because we need to have enough rooms available for all of our guests.
Can you tell us the cost for a late check-out? Also, we've never encountered a charge for staying at the resort if flying out late, anywhere we've ever stayed. We arrive later in the evening. Does the resort give a credit for that...lol? Seriously, that is really petty and you may want to ask your management to re-evaluate. The optics of this kind of nickel and dime stuff is less than positive, especially for a new resort.
The upgrade for Sian Ka'an Suite is approximately $1,310 MXN per night, the price varies a little in USD depending on the exchange rate of that day and you would have to upgrade upon arrival.
The cost for late check-out if you want to have your room available until 4 pm is $430 MXN, until 6 pm it's $650 MXN. If you don't want the room but want to stay at the hotel and use our facilities and eat at the buffet the cost is $220 MXN.
Are you serious? No room but you still want to charge to stay on-site? With that and the extortionate safe fee you can safely say we will NOT be even considering this resort this year. :flaguk::daisy:
