I have pretty much been sticking to the at least 30 min a day.. yes not everyday.. but I really have to do more than just exercise I have to do something that gives me a jump start... and a serious something !!! Its desperate times....means desperate measures :blueshock:

I totally get what you said Deb. I am not sure what happened to my legs and arms. WTF when did that happen. I am working to bring back the past and I hope the hell it works.

Lol maybe I can take credits for 500 or so posts. Lol My diet is sucking right now. The back is a little better, I got 35 minutes on the elliptical but I am not gonna push it today.
35 minutes on the elliptical. I needed it so bad today. I woke up about three am with a really sore back, took a tylenol 3 and woke up again a 630am hurting pretty bad. I ended up on the elliptical just trying to get some movement in my back before work.
well im back! last week I really ate great, stuffed myself with veggies, and high protein food. lost 4 and a half pounds. ate everything I could sat. so Monday it was only 2 and a half lost. so this week have been a good girl again. went to the gym last night after a long 3 month lazy streak. today no gym removed a ton of snow. that was my workout for today! hoping to lose 2 pounds a week. would like more but would be happy with the 2. sorry about the back m I know it sucks! mine goes wonky off and on. yes partydoll excesise!! I would rather be a little heavy and firm, over skinny and jigglely!! but that's me. so each week I will post good or bad. I want to lose 25lbs. so I will be good.
Did weights today. I got in an hour so I am happy. The back started off pretty bad and is waking me up at night along with still have night sweats. I slept like shit and still mangaed a decent work out. Hey where is everyone? April coming so time to get our lazy asses moving.
