We are planning a trip in late april, done the TTR thing a few times and while its a boat load of fun we want to actually rest on this vacation. Anyone know of any other adults only resorts on the riviera maya where we would be able to relax but also have some fun! Thanks in advance for the input guys, dont wanna book a stay at an old folks home or be the only set of boobies for miles
We did Sun Palace a few years back, couples only resort. Beautiful place! Was absolutely nothing to complain about the facilities or staff. Was very relaxing, too relaxing for us. Most people kept to themselves most of the time. We have done TTR 3 times and had a riot every time. Going to try Grand Oasis Viva the end of February. Their concept is in transition right now but it sounds like a lower key party than TTR, but still has the potential to be a good party with the opportunity to relax if you wanted to.
Think we've narrowed it down to a few place. The bahia siaan kaan, excellence playa mujeres, sun palace, or the secrets capri. Afraid that we'll be bored outta our minds, anyone been to either of these places?
ME cancun has always appealed to me due to the EDM vibe I get from seeing pics etc. however I hear they charge for everything even tho it's AI.. Prob hit the resort for a night to check out the club they have since I hear the nightlife at GOV is non existent. We are splitting time between Gov and TTR for some relaxation, then party.
A group of our friends went to ME in Cancun last year and loved it. They said it was the best vacation they've been on and they all travel a lot. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I actually do not recommend sun palace. We were there a couple of years ago in December and I kid you not but at 3 pm we were the ONLY people at the pool. We thought it was slow in Cancun being December and all .. got a day pass to TTR the next day....definitely not a slow time. Turned a out to be the best day of our vacation. People at sun palace really do keep to themselves. Royal Solaris while not adult only was a fun place.
Awesome to hear! It's on my list to visit at night when we are there!! Maybe even a day trip chill at the beach and enjoy the music they play. Reminds me of a Nikki beach.. Lotta sexy ass people there Vibing to the tunes spun by the DJ.. My blood is moving now!!
